SC VivoCity is an “all-in-one” family destination, suitable for both Vietnamese and expats in Ho Chi Minh City. SC VivoCity is jointly developed by Saigon Co.op Investment Development Joint Stock Company (SCID) and Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd (Mapletree). This is part of the 4.4-hectare Saigon South Place project, which when completed will include modern Grade A office blocks and a system of serviced apartments operated by a reputable international operator.
Saigon Co.op An Phu was originally named An Phu Complex. This is a complex project including a commercial center, office buildings and high-class apartments. Location Saigon Co.op An Phu is located in An Phu - An Khanh new urban area, District 2, right next to Estella Heights project and Minh Dang Quang French Institute. As mentioned above, SC VivoCity Shopping Center (District 7) is the first product marking the successful cooperation of these two giants.
