HISTORY OF FOUNDATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF VIVA LAND INVESTORS
Viva Land was formerly known as Circus Power JSC, established in May 2019.
Shareholders: Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Khanh (30%), Ms. Duong Thi Hanh (20%) and Mr. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Mai (25%).
Legal representative and general director of the company: Nguyen Thi Kim Khanh.
The current Chairman of Viva Land's Board of Directors is Mr. Chen Lian Pang, a well-known figure in the market as the former General Director of CapitaLand Vietnam (left this position on July 1, 2020). Mr. Chen has more than 40 years of development in real estate and has directly participated in the development of a number of typical projects in Vietnam including Capital Tower (Singapore), Raffles City (Shanghai, China), d'Edge (HCMC, Vietnam), Capital Place (Hanoi, Vietnam), The Vista (HCMC, Vietnam).
